What are progressive readers? Progressive readers are glasses with multiple lens strengths built into one lens. The top of the lens is for distance, the middle for intermediate, and the bottom for close-up reading. No more switching between pairs.
What reading strengths do you offer? Crisp readers are available in strengths from +1.0 to +3.0, in 0.5 increments. Not sure which strength you need? Check our lens guide on the product page to find your perfect fit.
What are the lenses made of? Our lenses are made from high-quality optical-grade material, offering clear vision, UV protection, and a lightweight feel you can wear all day.
Are Crisp glasses suitable for first-time progressive readers wearers? Yes. Our lenses are designed with a smooth transition between strengths, making them one of the most comfortable first-time progressive options on the market.
Fit & Sizing
How do I know if the frames will fit me? Each product page includes a frame width, lens height, and temple length. As a general guide, most of our frames suit a medium to large face shape. Still unsure? Reach out to us and we'll help you find the right fit.
Are the frames unisex? Most of our frames are designed to be worn by anyone. Each product page specifies the fit and style profile.
How do the glasses feel after a full day of wear? Crisp frames are made from lightweight materials, designed to sit comfortably without slipping or pinching. Most customers forget they're wearing them.
Ordering & Shipping
How long does shipping take? We ship worldwide. Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location. All orders are shipped within one business day.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping is free on all orders above $70. For orders below $70, a small shipping fee applies at checkout.
Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.
I haven't received an order confirmation. What should I do? Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at support@crispeyewear.com and we'll sort it out right away.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How do I start a return? Simply email us at support@crispeyewear.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.
How long does a refund take? Once we receive your return, we aim to process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. It may take an additional 2 to 3 days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item? We're sorry to hear that. Please send us a photo of the item via email and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.
