Returns & Exchanges
90-Day Return Policy
Not happy with your /CRISP progressives? We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.
How to return:
- Email info@crispeyewear.com with your order number
- We'll send you a prepaid return label
- Send back your glasses in original condition
- Receive your full refund within 5-7 business days
Important: Glasses must be unworn and in original packaging for exchange. Worn glasses are eligible for return but not exchange.
